Yardbook pricing, in plain terms
Yardbook is the flat-price option — and the only product on this site with a free plan. One monthly price, no per-user charge, and no user limit stated on its official pricing page, checked 2026-11-06.
| Plan | Price | What the pricing page lists |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | Customer management, jobs and scheduling, estimates, invoices, routing, expenses, reports, lot measurement, employee access, card payments |
| Business | $34.99/month | Everything in Starter, plus bulk email/text, GPS tracking, automatic backup, invoice reminders, multi-step chemical program, customised lead capture, processing fee waived |
| Enterprise | $49.99/month | Everything in Business, plus QuickBooks Sync, branded company portal, no ads |
All plans include web/desktop access plus the Android app, per the pricing page. No annual price is shown there. The lists above are what Yardbook's own pricing page states — this site has not hands-on tested the product, and deeper feature questions (for example, how chemical records work in practice) stay To be verified.
What a small crew should notice
- Your price does not rise when you add a crew member — the opposite of band and per-user pricing.
- The free Starter plan covers the core jobs-and-invoicing workflow on paper, which makes it the lowest-risk way to try business software at all.
- Yardbook has no affiliate program that this site could find, so it earns this site nothing — it is covered because it is the free option small crews start on.
Compare it with Jobber's band pricing and QuoteIQ's per-plan pricing, or see all three by crew size.
