Compare software costs
Enter a price you found on a vendor's official pricing page, and this tool does the monthly/annual math for your crew size.
How prices work here
The calculator itself still uses only prices you enter — every result is labeled User-entered assumption, and if you do not enter a price, nothing is calculated. Below the calculator is a verified reference table: starting prices taken from each vendor's official pricing page on 2026-11-06, so you can type in a real figure for your plan and crew size.
Verified starting prices — checked 2026-11-06
From each vendor's official pricing page. These are starting points, not quotes: your plan and team size decide the real figure, so confirm on the vendor's page before buying.
| Product | Starts at | How the price grows | Source |

How the math works
- Per-user price × number of users = cost for that billing period. Flat price = cost for that period, users do not change it.
- Monthly figure: period cost if monthly; period cost ÷ 12 if the entered price was annual.
- Annual figure: monthly figure × 12.
- Results are shown only for products with a price you entered, because no product pricing structure (per-user vs flat, tiers, or discounts) has been verified on this site.
