QuoteIQ pricing, in plain terms
QuoteIQ prices by plan, and each plan includes a set number of users. Extra users cost $25 each per month. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price — two months free, in effect. All figures are from QuoteIQ's official pricing page, checked 2026-11-06. Every plan carries a 14-day free trial, per that page.
| Plan | Monthly | Users included | Annual (10x monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $29.99 | 1 | $299.90 |
| Beginner | $99.99 | 2 | $999.90 |
| Pro | $199.99 | 4 | $1,999.90 |
| Elite | $299.99 | 10 | $2,999.90 |
| Max | $699.99 | 20 | $6,999.90 |
Annual figures are calculated from the vendor's stated rule (annual = 10x monthly). Extra users can be added at $25/user/month, up to 100 users — so a 5-person crew on Pro pays a calculated $224.99/month, which this site shows as calculated, not quoted.
What a small crew should notice
- The solo price ($29.99) matches Jobber's entry price — the models only split as crews grow.
- Odd crew sizes pay for the plan above them or add $25 extra users; do that math before comparing headline prices.
- What each plan includes beyond users is To be verified — this page verifies price only, and this site has not hands-on tested QuoteIQ.
Compare it with Jobber's band pricing and Yardbook's flat pricing, or see all three by crew size.
