Jobber vs. Yardbook — on price
These two price their software in opposite ways. Yardbook charges one flat monthly price. Jobber charges by plan and team-size band. Which one costs you less depends almost entirely on how many people need to use it. All figures are from the vendors' official pricing pages, checked 2026-11-06.

So which should a small crew pick?
- On price alone, Yardbook wins at every crew size above one — and it is the only one of the two with a free plan. That is a pricing fact, not a quality judgement.
- Price is where this comparison stops. This site has not hands-on tested either product, and feature-by-feature claims stay “To be verified” until they are checked against vendor documentation. A cheaper tool that your crew won't use is the expensive option.
- The deciding questions to verify with each vendor: does it handle your must-have features (take the quiz first), can you export your customer list if you leave, and what does the plan you actually need cost at your crew size — see all three products by crew size.
