GorillaDesk pricing, in plain terms
GorillaDesk prices differently from the other products on this site: per route (a technician's schedule), not per user. Every plan includes unlimited admin, manager, sales and crew users. Figures are from GorillaDesk's official pricing page, checked 2026-11-06.
| Plan | Monthly (first route) | Extra routes | What the pricing page lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49/month | Routes 2–3: +$50/month each; route 4+: +$30/month each | Invoices, estimates and work orders; route order for up to 25 stops; Square and Stripe payments; chemical use records; automated reminders and late-payment messages; 20 built-in reports |
| Pro | $99/month | +$50/month per added route | Everything in Basic, plus a 24/7 customer portal, online booking from your website, QuickBooks Online sync, Zapier sync, review requests, team location tracking, employee time clock |
| Growth | $149/month | Route 2: +$100/month; routes 3–4: +$50/month each; 5 routes $499, then +$50/month each | Everything in Pro, plus property measurement, lead pipeline tracking with custom stages, advanced reporting, custom fields and job statuses, multi-branch hub |
The page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, month-to-month billing with no contracts or setup fees, and free data migration. Annual billing exists but no annual price is stated on the pricing page — so none is shown here. There is no free plan; Basic at $49 is the entry point after the trial.
What a small crew should notice
- A solo operator running one route pays $49–$149 and can add office help or crew logins at no extra seat cost — the opposite of per-user pricing.
- A crew where everyone runs their own schedule pays per route, so count routes, not people, when you compare it against Jobber, Yardbook and QuoteIQ by crew size.
- The feature lists above are what GorillaDesk's own pricing page states. This site has not hands-on tested the product.
